As the N-5 and N-4 are classified as medical equipment, you may be entitled to a VAT exemption if you are a chronic sickness patient. You can submit proof on this page. If you are eligible for a discount, you will be sent a discount code via email.
Requirements for proof of chronic medical condition:
Stated by a GP or medical doctor in the United Kingdom.
Addressed ‘To whom it may concern’.
Includes your name, date of birth and address.
Simple statement of chronic medical condition.
